| I play violin in the orchestra, but also play piano and some (self-taught) harp on the side. 🙂 I began piano in elementary school, violin in middle school, and harp in college. |
| What brought you to Rochester and how did you become involved with The Rochester Pops Orchestra? |
| I grew up here in Rochester and now work as a clinical laboratory scientist. Orchestra is one of my favorite hobbies and that’s why I joined the Rochester Pops! |
| What is your favorite style of music to play? |
| Hmm, I like all sorts of styles of music, but I think my favorite to play is movie and video game music. |
| What inspires you to play? |
| I just love music so much. 😀 |
| What is your favorite piece/concert that The Rochester Pops has played? |
| My favorite concerts are definitely the Christmas concerts! |
| What other things are you involved with in the Rochester community? |
| I am also a musician for Grace Lutheran Church. |
| What do you do in your free time? (ie hobbies) |
| Besides playing music, I really like to ice skate and work on a variety of fun computer projects (3D modeling, game design, music mixing). |
